Orange Flowers

Not too long ago, I shared Red Flowers with you. Well, now we have Orange Flowers!

Orange Flowers
12" x 9"
I created this the same way as the previous painting, by collaging miscellaneous papers to a sheet of watercolor paper and then painting many layers over the top.

Both Flower paintings are now available in my Etsy Shop.

Here's is what I'm planning on working on today.  I've started quilting on the green and pink scrap quilt.

I hope to get a good portion of the quilt finished today, but we'll see how that goes.  I don't know if I can get very far with my quilting with my inspector napping on the job.

  1. Hi Terri! It's coming along; love the green and pink... can you tell I'm ready for spring?! Is that a #43 foot I spy on the quilt? Do you just like using it for normal quilting, or are you actually couching anything on the quilt? Ah... the inspector kitty! so fun to have a little furry buddy alongside!
