Zentangle Challenge Week 3

This week's Zentangle Challenge is called Eyes Wide Shut. The directions said to draw your beginning string with your eyes closed. The string, for those of you who are wondering, is the beginning pencil guideline that is drawn to start your doodling. Here is the photo of the string I drew with my eyes closed.

And here is the Zentangle after I completed it.

I really had fun with this challenge. I'm anxious to see what next week's challenge will be. And stay tuned for tomorrow's post....it's a quilt! A small one, but still...

  2. Love, it, love it. The polka dotted circle is terrific -- I'd like to incorporate it in one of my attempts, and I think you should call it your own and name it the Steg Circle. It adds so much to the drawing.

  3. A zentangle a day keeps the shrink away! I like these little guys. I like the string. I thought they needed to be enclosed but this is cool.

  11. Terri, I love this! It's so clean and refreshing! I've trashed a few that feel too "overdone". This is certainly a challenge for me - a challenge to relax. Seeing everyone else's tangles has me all jittery about it looking "right". I've determined to post whatever happens - good and bad - to help me get over it, already. LOL Your work continues to inspire me. Thanks <3
