Who needs TV when you can have an Abby. Abby is one of my house cats and sometimes she just blows my mind. She is totally different from any other cat I've had and sometimes I think I should always ALWAYS carry around a camera or video recorder as I know I would have had many opportunities to capture some very humorous moments on film. Her latest trick was just the other day. I had my Big Tote out of the closet recently and instead of putting it back I hung it on the doorknob. I was in the next room one day and heard a commotion so I went to investigate. Here was Abby, half in and half out of that tote while it was hanging on the doorknob. All I could see of her was her back end, both back legs flailing about as she couldn't quite make it all the way into the tote bag. I couldn't stop laughing! Poor baby, she needed assistance. Lesson learned.....don't hang tote bag on doorknob so Abby doesn't hurt herself.
Here are a couple of items I've been puttering on this week. First up is a spread in my journal. I still want to do something more to this but haven't quite worked that through my brain yet.
And here is a quilt that I started quilting on last night. This is a small peek at it and the design is based on a colored pencil illustration I did recently.
