From My Sketchbook

I decided I need to sketch faces again.  I sort of fell out of the habit of doing that for a while.  Here are several from my sketchbook from the past few days.  I thought it would be fun to try some different styles of faces.

They are actually shown here in the order that I drew them. Do you have a favorite? And then look at this funny guy who popped onto the pages.

Thanks for stopping by and saying 'hi'!

These are so fun! There's something about #5 that I really like - she has such attitude -- like she's saying -- oh no you didn't! Really great. Love them all!

I like number 2 and 5. Number 2 reminds me of Joan of Arc. Don't know why, she just does. Number 5 looks like she just said, "Oh no he didn't" while waving her hand.

They're all interesting, but my favourites are 3-6, they have a calm Modigliani feel about them. Enjoying the cheery wave from the little jester at the end.

They're all wonderful, but the first is my favourite. I love huge eyes. That last little guy is pretty fun too!

I am ashamed to say I am green with envy as I cannot draw at all! My favorite is #2 with her sweet face and smile. Terri you are uber creative. Creative Hearts are Happy Hearts...

I really like #2. She reminds me of the girl who lived across the street and taught me to climb trees. #6 is fun and the last one made me laugh. Excellent exercise and wonderful results.
