Smitten seems to be the word of the week for me lately.  I find myself using it more than I probably have ever used it in my life.  I have no idea why this is.  I'll probably get over it.  In the meantime, I hope I don't drive anyone crazy.  But here is what I'm smitten with today:

The above piece of fabric is hanging on my design wall and I am constantly looking at it.  I am loving the interplay of shapes and layers of color.  I created this the other day when I was having a session of spraying color onto cloth through stencils.  This fabric was alongside and I was using it to remove extra color from the stencils.  I will use this for something, but at this point I don't know what yet.

And over the last few days I have been making some of these:

Mini NoteFolios

  1. There used to be a little shop in Maine that I loved... it was called Smitten!

    Stunning fabric!

  2. Lovely notebook covers Terri. I love the word, and remember as a young girl hearing, it used to make me giggle!

  3. Terrific note folios!!!! Totally love them!!!
