Look What I Made

This cute little doo dad. The pattern is from Quilting Arts Magazine Winter 2005. They are called Little Treasures....with emphasis on little. They are much smaller than I imagined after seeing them in the magazine. They measure approx. 2" x 1.5" and are 2" tall. I suppose a person could enlarge the pattern and make them bigger, which I may do. I think I'm going to make a few of these for Christmas gifts and put something yummy inside.

  1. It's wonderful! Love the colour and the fluffiness of it. I photocopied the template for these, but haven't made one yet...you have inspired me.

  2. beautiful! Love the color. I haven't attempted to make these yet. I think you're right, making them a little bigger and maybe filling them with yummy chocolates would makea nice little present for people. I think I might have to go make a few of these now!

  3. This is so cute! I remember the article from last year but never made one myself. I'll have to give it a try. I love the color and texture you used in yours.

  5. This is beautiful - it does sound tiny (and therefore fiddly!). Bigger might make it easier to find something to fit inside too :)
