Journal Quilt #11

Button Blooms (Journal Quilt #11)

I didn't think I'd be able to complete this week's journal quilt and have it ready for sharing here until tomorrow.  I guess my day went better than I thought it was going to.  Yay!

So this little quilt started off as usual with batting scraps, fused fabrics, free-motion quilting, and thread sketching. And again this week I added some buttons for embellishment.

I hope you have a fun and creative weekend planned.

  1. Love THE SOCK in its bright citrus colors!! And this week's journal quilt is about as happy a little creation as there can be ;-0

  2. I like that black and white fabric between the colors. And you must like it, too, because it also is in your blog's banner!

  3. Very cheerful and totally your colors. I see Spring in this quilt with the flower blooming. Lovely...

  4. This is a gorgeous little quilt, one of my favourites so far. I'm with Angela in liking the bit of black & white between the colours.

  5. GREAT little quilt and love that flower motif.

  6. I love these colors - so bright and sunny! It amazes me how quickly you put these gems together. You inspire me, Terri!

I enjoy getting your comments. Thanks so much for leaving one.
